Ingredients:
• 1 small tin – pineapple, chopped
• 1 tin – peaches, chopped
• 5 Oranges
• 5 Bananas
• 1/4 cup – water (cold)
• 1 1/3 cups – water (boiling)
• 1 tbsp – gelatine
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1.5 tbsp – Sugar
Method:
- Soak the gelatine in cold water, then add boiling water to dissolve.
- Add sugar and lemon juice, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Chop the fruit and add to the gelatine mixture.
- When it is cooled put in a mould and set it in the freezer.
- Take it out of the freezer just before serving.
