Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fresh pineapple, chopped
• 1/2 cup – chopped strawberries
• 1/4 cup – chopped Cherries
• 1 cup – fresh curds, hung for 1 hour in a muslin cloth
• 1/2 cup – fresh Cream
• 1 tbsp – sugar, powdered
• 1 tbsp – Sugar granules
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat pineapple with sugar granules, stirring frequently.
  2. When pineapple softens, and there is enough water given out, take it off from fire.
  3. Drain, cool and keep aside liquid and residue till required.
  4. Remove hung curds into a large glass bowl.
  5. Add fresh cream and drained pineapple juice and beat.
  6. When smooth, add powdered sugar, pepper and salt.
  7. Chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
  8. Add strawberries and cherries before serving.
