Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – skimmed Milk
• 300 g – Yoghurt (hung)
• 6 – Orange segments (peeled, pips removed)
• 1 – Banana (sliced)
• 2.5 tsp – Honey
• For topping:
• 2 tbsp – Almonds (roasted)
• 2 tbsp – roasted Oats
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon (ground)
• 1 tsp – Honey

Method:

  1. First make the topping.
  2. Put the oats in a non-stick pan and stir over medium flame till they are lightly toasted.
  3. Cool and add almonds, cinnamon and honey. Keep aside.
  4. Combine orange segments and bananas.
  5. Mix together honey and yoghurt and add to the orange mixture.
  6. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with the topping ingredients.
