Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – skimmed Milk
• 300 g – Yoghurt (hung)
• 6 – Orange segments (peeled, pips removed)
• 1 – Banana (sliced)
• 2.5 tsp – Honey
• For topping:
• 2 tbsp – Almonds (roasted)
• 2 tbsp – roasted Oats
• 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon (ground)
• 1 tsp – Honey
Method:
- First make the topping.
- Put the oats in a non-stick pan and stir over medium flame till they are lightly toasted.
- Cool and add almonds, cinnamon and honey. Keep aside.
- Combine orange segments and bananas.
- Mix together honey and yoghurt and add to the orange mixture.
- Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with the topping ingredients.
