Ingredients:

• 60 g – dosa powder
• 2 tbsp – mixed fruit jam
• 30 ml – Ghee
• 100 ml – water
• 100 g – Diced mixed fruit
• 1 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. To make dosa batter:
  2. Add dosa powder in warm water and mix well.
  3. To proceed:
  4. Heat a non-stick pan. Add ghee and rub well.
  5. Add dosa batter (60 g) in a pan and spread evenly. Cook well on all sides.
  6. Spread mixed fruit jam on the dosa
  7. Toss sliced fruits in hot butter and sugar. Fill the mixture in the dosa
  8. Roll the dosa and serve.
