Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – cumin-pepper powder
• 3-4 – Garlic flakes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Methi
Method:
- Grind tomatoes and filter the paste.
- Add cumin-pepper powder, chopped green chillies and garlic to the strained tomato juice.
- Bring to a boil and add salt.
- Heat oil and season with mustard and methi seeds.
- Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
- This goes well with hot steamed rice and potato fry.
