Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – cumin-pepper powder
• 3-4 – Garlic flakes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Methi

Method:

  1. Grind tomatoes and filter the paste.
  2. Add cumin-pepper powder, chopped green chillies and garlic to the strained tomato juice.
  3. Bring to a boil and add salt.
  4. Heat oil and season with mustard and methi seeds.
  5. Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
  6. This goes well with hot steamed rice and potato fry.
