Ingredients:

• 4 tsp – crushed Garlic
• 3 tsp – grated Ginger
• 3 crushed chillies
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 6 x 170 gm – steaks

Method:

  1. Mix together the garlic, ginger, chillies, garam masala, salt, ground black pepper and the oil.
  2. Cut fine slits in the steaks and rub the above mixture into them, on both sides.
  3. Heat a grill on high and cook the steaks until they are brown on both sides.
  4. These taste even better if they are marinated in the above mixture overnight.
