Ingredients:

• Baby Potato: 10-12 ( boiled and half)
• Tomatoes: 2 large( pureed)
• Garlic: 1tbsp( finely chopped)
• Green chilli: 2 pcs( slit in middle)
• Cumin seed: 1 tsp
• Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
• Kitchen king masala: 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder: 1/3 tsp( 1/4 if dont want to make too spicy)
• Garam masala: less then 1/4
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves: few springs
• Oil to cook

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan/kadai and fry potatoes for 2 mins. Take out and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan/kadai and add cumin seed, when it start spluttering then add garlic and green chilli. Fry or few sec.
  3. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat.
  4. Add the dry masala and salt and cook till oil starts separating or the raw smell leaves.
  5. Add the fried potatoes and mix well so that potatoes are well coated with the masala.
  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
