Ingredients:
• 75 g – Butter
• 1 loaf – French Bread
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Cut the French bread into 12 slices taking care not to slice right through to the bottom of the loaf.
- Mix the garlic and butter together.
- Spread this mixture between the slices.
- If there is any garlic butter left over, spread it on the top of the loaf.
- Wrap the loaf in a piece of aluminium foil after making sure the loaf is completely covered.
- Warm in a moderate oven for 15 minutes until the bread is crisp.
