• 2 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli flakes
• 5 – Garlic Cloves (crushed)
• 3 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tbsp – Active Dry yeast
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Luke warm water


  1. Stir in the active dry yeast, salt, sugar in lukewarm water. Keep aside until the yeast turns foamy.
  2. Meanwhile take the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, crushed garlic cloves, coriander leaves, chilly flakes in a bowl.
  3. Gradually add the foamy yeast, water, olive oil and turn as a soft dough.
  4. Arrange this dough in a greased bowl and keep in warm place for two hours until the dough doubles in volume.
  5. Grease the muffins moulds and keep aside.
  6. Punch down the doubled dough. Knead for a while with enough flour.
  7. Roll the dough as a rectangular disc. Cut a thick slices.
  8. Place the slices one over another strip and stack them.
  9. Cut those stacked dough as medium sized squares and place it in the already greased muffins tins.
  10. Place them in a warm place for an hour until they double their volume. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes until their crust turns brown.
  12. Keep aside and let them cool completely.
