Ingredients:
• fish cubes (use Sear, Pomfret, Bekti or Sole) – 1/2 kg
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Ginger – 3 cms
• Green chillies – 3
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• curds – 3 tbsp
• salt and pepper to taste
• oil to brush
Method:
- Wash the fish, drain and pat dry.
- Grind garlic, ginger and green chillies with lime juice.
- Mix it with curds, salt and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the fish and mix well.
- Cover tightly and marinate over night in refrigerator.
- Thread the fish pieces on skewers and place on a greased rack.
- Cook under a hot grill, brushing it with oil a couple of times during grilling.
- Serve hot with mint Chutney.
