Ingredients:

• cooked Rice – 4 cup
• Ghee or oil – 4 tbsp
• black pepper Corns – 1 tsp, crushed
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp, crushed
• Garlic – 1 tbsp, minced
• Curry leaves few
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat Ghee or oil.
  2. Add pepper, cumin and garlic.
  3. Fry till garlic is brown.
  4. Add curry leaves.
  5. Add rice and salt.
  6. Mix well and remove from fire.
