Ingredients:
• 12 slices – bread
• Green chutney – 1/2 cup
• 2 cups – chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato)
• Salt as per taste
• For chutney:
• 1 bunch – chopped Coriander leaves
• 5 to 6 Cloves – Garlic
• Salt
• 1 – Green chilli
Method:
- Grind the coriander leaves, garlic, salt and green chilli to a smooth paste, adding a little water if required.
- Toast all the 12 slices of bread. Spread green chutney on all of them.
- Sprinkle the chopped vegetables over 6 slices, and cover them with the other 6.
- Cut them diagonally and serve.
