Ingredients:

• Chicken-1 Kg
• Ginger Garlic paste- 5 tbsp
• Onion-2 chopped
• Coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
• Turmeric -1/4 tsp
• Coconut, ground – Lime sized
• Cinnamon- 1 inch
• Cloves 4-5
• Sombu (saunf)- 1 tsp
• Curd- 3 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Green Chillies, grounded -4 to 6
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil chicken in ginger-garlic paste. Meanwhile fry green chillies, coriander seeds in oil and grind to paste.
  2. Fry cinnamon, cloves, sombu and grind.
  3. Add oil in a kadai. Fry onions. Add cooked chicken. Add all the ground masala fry till almost dry.
  4. Add coconut and a little curd and fry. Serve with puris or chappaties.
