Ginger Punch

Ingredients

– 100 gm ginger, wash and crushed along with peel
– 1 cup sugar
– 4 teaspoon regular tea leaves
– 5 cups water
– 1 cup orange juice
– 8 tablespoon lemon juice
– 3 cups crushed ice
– 6-8 very thin slice of ginger to put in the glass

How To Make?

1. Put crushed ginger, 2-3 ginger slices sugar and around 3 cups of water in a pan, boil it and simmer it for 10 minutes.
2. Now, strain and keep the ginger syrup aside.
3. To prepare black tea by keeping tea leaves in a strainer on a glass and pour 2 cups of boiling water on it. Allow it to cool.
4. Now, to the ginger syrup add black tea, orange juice, lemon juice and ice cubes. Mix them well.
5. Then put some ginger slices in glasses and pour the ready drink in them.
6. Serve it chilled.
