Ingredients:

• Ginger – 35 g
• Milk – 2 cups
• Water – 3 cups
• Sugar (if required)
• 1 tsp – pepper and chilli powder, mixed
• 2 tsp – tea leaves

Method:

  1. Take exactly 3 cups of water. Boil it down to 2 cups.
  2. Then add milk and tea leaves (the green ones). Add sugar to taste.
  3. Add grated ginger and boil for some time.
  4. Your ginger tea is ready.
  5. For best results, add chilli powder and pepper.
