
Ingredients:
• Ginger – 35 g
• Milk – 2 cups
• Water – 3 cups
• Sugar (if required)
• 1 tsp – pepper and chilli powder, mixed
• 2 tsp – tea leaves
Method:
- Take exactly 3 cups of water. Boil it down to 2 cups.
- Then add milk and tea leaves (the green ones). Add sugar to taste.
- Add grated ginger and boil for some time.
- Your ginger tea is ready.
- For best results, add chilli powder and pepper.
