Ingredients:

• All vegetables in equal quantity:
• Raw bananas
• Red Pumpkin
• Yam (suran)
• Raw papaya
• Drumsticks
• Potato
• Sweet Potato
• Raw Jackfruit
• Bread fruit
• Aravi
• Green peas
• Radish
• 1/2 cup – tur dal
• For the masala:
• 1/2 – Grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 12 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• 5-6 – Kokum or tamarind.

Method:

  1. Boil all the vegetables separately, depending on individual cooking time.
  2. Boil the dal separately.
  3. Grind all the ingredients of the masala and add to the boiled vegetables.
  4. Stir in the dal. Heat through and serve hot with rice.
