Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tbsp – chick pea flour
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 1 – Onion (medium size, chopped length wise
• 5 to 6 – Green chillies (split in half)
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Boil the cauliflower florets with a little salt for 5 mins and drain them.
- Mix the egg, chick pea flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala and salt in a little water to make a thin paste.
- Dip the florets in the paste, deep-fry until golden brown and keep aside.
- Take 1 to 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry the chopped onion and green chillies till brown.
- Add soya sauce, then fried florets, salt and fry for 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or biryani or even as a snack.
