Ingredients:
• 500 g – Gobi patha (leaves)
• 150 g – baby Onion
• 2 – potatoes, big size
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• Jeera powder
• chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the gobi leaves and chop finely. Boil the potatoes, mash and keep aside.
- Take a kadai, pour the oil, add finely chopped baby onions and fry to golden brown.
- Add the leaves and sprinkle some water to tender the leaves.
- Add all the powders, potatoes and mix everything.
- Add salt to taste.
