Ingredients:

• 1 whole – Cauliflower cut into florets
• 3 to 4 tsp – all purpose flour
• 2 to 3 tsp – cornflour
• 2 to 3 tsp – Lemon juice
• 3 to 4 pinches – food colour (orange)
• 1.5 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Oil for deep frying
• Cilantro for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take cauliflower florets and sprinkle all purpose flour, corn flour and orange food colour in cauliflower florets.
  2. Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours for marination.
  4. Finally take oil in pan and let it heat on high flame.
  5. Deep fry the florets and garnish with cilantro.
