Ingredients:

• 1 – medium Cauliflower cut into florets
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1 tsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup – Tomato puree
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• oil as needed
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water and add half of turmeric powder till it is half cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till brown.
  3. Add in ginger/garlic paste, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, remaining turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Stir thoroughly for a while.
  5. Now add tomato puree and saute it till oil separates.
  6. Add half – cooked cauliflower florets and cook for 5 to 10 minutes in medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
