Ingredients:
• For the Topping:
• Boiled Potatoes -5
• Boiled mixed vegetables – 1/4 cup (French beans, carrots, green pea)
• Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
• Green chillies – 4
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Dry coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
• Amchur powder – 1 tsp
• Dry Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• White bread – 2 slices
• Poppy Seeds – 1/4 cup.
• Salt to taste.
• For the base:
• White bread – one loaf
• Cookie cutter
• Oil – for deep frying.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except poppy seeds and keep it aside.
- With the cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into desired shapes.
- Now place the mixture on top of the bread pieces.
- Dip the topping side into the poppy seeds.
- Finally deep fry the pieces.
