Ingredients:

• For the Topping:
• Boiled Potatoes -5
• Boiled mixed vegetables – 1/4 cup (French beans, carrots, green pea)
• Coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
• Green chillies – 4
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Dry coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
• Amchur powder – 1 tsp
• Dry Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• White bread – 2 slices
• Poppy Seeds – 1/4 cup.
• Salt to taste.
• For the base:
• White bread – one loaf
• Cookie cutter
• Oil – for deep frying.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except poppy seeds and keep it aside.
  2. With the cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into desired shapes.
  3. Now place the mixture on top of the bread pieces.
  4. Dip the topping side into the poppy seeds.
  5. Finally deep fry the pieces.
