
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – cooked basmati Rice
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – groundnut
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 4 – Red Chillies
• 5 tsp – vegetable oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add red chilli and groundnut
- When heated then put grated coconut. Fry it till it turns golden brown.
- Add the cooked basmati rice and salt to taste.
- Mix well and serve
