Ingredients:
• 1 – Cabbage
• Besan flour – 1 cup
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
• Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Finely chop the cabbage and keep aside.
- Mix rest of the ingredients and prepare a fine paste.
- Mix the chopped cabbage with the paste.
- Make small portions of the cabbage paste and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Serve the pakodas hot with tomato sauce.
