Ingredients:
• 16 – king Prawn
• 50 ml – Lemon juice
• 5 g – black pepper powder
• 10 g – Red Chilli flakes
• 2 – Egg
• 50 g – Refined flour
• 100 g – semolina
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
Method:
- Marinate prawn with lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes and pepper powder.
- Leave for 30 mins in marinade.
- Make a batter using eggs and refined flour seasonings.
- Coat the prawns in the batter and dust evenly in semolina.
- Heat oil in a fryer. Fry till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with lemon wedge.
