Ingredients:

• 2 cups – boiled and drained elbow macaroni (use any size or shape)
• 1 tsp – finely grated Garlic
• 1 tsp – finely grated Ginger
• 1/2 cup – besan/chick pea flour
• 1 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Onion seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – chopped green Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a glass bowl.
  2. Add a little water (4 or 5 tbsp) to make a thick batter.
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins. Then deep fry in oil and drain.
  4. Serve with sweet chilli sauce and garlic sauce
