Ingredients:

• 1 cup – stem-free Gongura leaves
• 4 – Red Chillies
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek seeds
• A pinch asafetida
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 tsp – sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and fry all the ingredients except mustard.
  2. Grind to make a coarse paste. Temper mustard seeds separately and add to the chutney.
  3. This chutney can be had with rice or dosa.
