Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – fine edible gum crystals
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – Sugar or to taste
• 1 tsp – almonds, pounded coarsely
• 1/4 tsp – desiccated Coconut
• 1/4 tsp – pistachios, pounded coarsely
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 cups – water

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add gum crystals.
  2. Once they finish popping, add water and mix well till dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil, simmer and add all the other ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot as a soup.
  6. Best early drink on cold mornings.
