Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 4 – medium apples, peeled
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 4 – almonds, sliced
• 5 – pistas
Method:
- Boil the milk in a heavy based pan and heat till the volume is reduced to half.
- Add sugar.
- Grate the apples and add to the milk.
- Soon as it boils remove from the heat.
- Sprinkle cardamom, pistas and almonds on top.
- Serve hot or cold.
