Ingredients:

• 2 cups – carrot, grated
• 2 Green chillies slit
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 Lemon juice extracted
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar powdered, salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  2. Add chillies, grated carrots and stir. Take off from fire.
  3. Add all other ingredients, except coriander. Mix well. Chill and add coriander before serving.
