Ingredients:
• 5-6 large potatoes, chopped into small cubes
• 6-7 green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 medium onion, chopped fine
• 1/4tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Juice of two limes
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- In a pressure cooker, add oil then add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter, add onions and fry till transparent.
- Add green chillies, turmeric and salt.
- Fry for 2 minutes, then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
- Pressure cook up to 2 whistles.
- Then, before serving, add lime juice.
- Tastes best with pooris.
