Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton chops
• 2 – onions, sliced finely
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – potatoes, boiled and sliced thickly
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 4 – slit Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Wash the chops well and marinate it with the salt, pepper powder, garlic paste and turmeric powder.
  2. Cook the chops with a little water till tender.
  3. Add the onions, green chillies and oil and cook till the gravy is thick.
  4. Add the potatoes and mix lightly so that the potatoes are covered with the gravy.
