Fresh green coriander and peanut chutney
2 cups fresh coriander leaves
4-5 green chilies (as per taste)
1 cup roasted peanut
1 tablespoon curd or 1 medium sized tomato
1 inch ginger
2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon rock salt
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1. In a blender grind the coriander leaves, chilies, peanut, ginger, garlic, curd or tomato, cumin seeds, rock salt, lemon juice and salt with limited amount of water to maintain a thick consistency.
2. Refrigerate it and serve with any snack as a side dish.
