Ingredients:

• 40 gms. white Corn
• 80 gms. Spinach paste
• 200 gms. sweet Corn
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 30 gms. fresh Basil
• 30 ml. fresh Cream
• 800ml. stock water

Method:

  1. Take stock water in a saucepan. Add sweet corn and whisk properly.
  2. Add seasonings and fresh basil. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add spinach and immediately remove from heat.
  4. Put some white corn in soup bowl.
  5. Pour soup and garnish with fresh cream.
