Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fish (boneless), medium sized
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Clove of Garlic
• Green chilli
• fresh coriander
• salt
• Methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
• oil
• 3 tbsp – yogurt

Method:

  1. Saute chopped onion in oil till it is golden. Put some methi in it.
  2. Make a green paste with garlic, coriander, green chilli and salt. Add to the onions.
  3. Cook well.
  4. Add fish and yogurt and let it cook till the water evaporates.
  5. Cook for around 30 minutes on medium heat.
  6. No addition of water is required.
