Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish (boneless), medium sized
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Clove of Garlic
• Green chilli
• fresh coriander
• salt
• Methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
• oil
• 3 tbsp – yogurt
Method:
- Saute chopped onion in oil till it is golden. Put some methi in it.
- Make a green paste with garlic, coriander, green chilli and salt. Add to the onions.
- Cook well.
- Add fish and yogurt and let it cook till the water evaporates.
- Cook for around 30 minutes on medium heat.
- No addition of water is required.
