Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – green mangoes (sliced)
• 6 – Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – coriander
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 6 flakes – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 2 – Onions (sliced)
• 1 tbsp – Jaggery
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Grind the chillies, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger.
  2. Fry the onions till brown then add the ground masala and fry well.
  3. Add the mangoes and jaggery and cover with water.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cook till a little thick.
