Ingredients:
• 3 cups – green moong
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – onions, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – coriander, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry dosas
Method:
- Soak green moong overnight.
- Grind the soaked moong to a fine smooth paste with a little water.
- The batter should be fluffy.
- Mix thoroughly, add salt, coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped chillies.
- Heat tawa/dosa griddle and spread a little oil.
- Put one spoon of batter on the tawa and spread in a circular motion.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or podi chutney.
