Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked noodles
• 1/4 cup – Spinach puree
• A few – Amaranth leaves
• 1 tsp – ginger,
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• 1 – green bell pepper
• A few – Spring onion
• 1 tsp- black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion, garlic, ginger, bell pepper and saute well.
  2. Then add amaranth leaves, stir well, add spinach paste, salt and fry well.
  3. Finally add the cooked noodles, black pepper powder and stir well.
  4. Keep it on low flame for a few seconds and remove from flame.
