Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked noodles
• 1/4 cup – Spinach puree
• A few – Amaranth leaves
• 1 tsp – ginger,
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• 1 – green bell pepper
• A few – Spring onion
• 1 tsp- black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion, garlic, ginger, bell pepper and saute well.
- Then add amaranth leaves, stir well, add spinach paste, salt and fry well.
- Finally add the cooked noodles, black pepper powder and stir well.
- Keep it on low flame for a few seconds and remove from flame.
