Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken (boneless)
• 2 – Capsicums
• 2 – Onions
• For the marinade:
• 1 cup – Curd
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 – Lemons
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Red food colour
• Oil/butter for brushing

Method:

  1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, add chicken to it and leave aside for 2 hours.
  3. Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  4. Take out the chicken and skewer them in combination with onions and capsicum.
  5. Brush them with oil and roast them on a grill or in a oven.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
