Ingredients:

• 1 liter – whole Milk
• 100gms – Sugar
• 50 gms – ground nuts
• 1 tsp – elachi powder
• 6 Almonds
• 50 gms – khoya
• 1 tbsp – cashew pieces
• 1 tbsp – Raisins

Method:

  1. Grind ground nuts along with almonds and a little milk to a course paste and keep aside.
  2. Boil and reduce milk by half, add sugar and let it simmer till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add nut paste, lightly fried khoya and mix well. Let it cook under a low heat till the kheer becomes a little thick.
  4. Add cashews, raisins and elachi powder. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. Serve chilled/warm .
