Ingredients:

• 250 g – jasmine Rice or ponni Rice
• 1 inch – Ginger
• Garlic – 3 Cloves
• 2 – shallots, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 350 ml – Chicken stock
• 1tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a cooker
  2. Saute the chopped onions till translucent
  3. Add the rice and fry for a while
  4. Now add the chopped ginger and garlic, add chicken stock and required salt.
  5. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for four whistles
  6. Serve.
