Ingredients:
• 500g – baby Potatoes (cooked and peeled)
• 2 – medium Onions finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 3 tsp – Cream cheese (optional)
• To grind together:
• 1 cup – spinach, cooked
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 bunch – green coriander
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2 – Cloves Garlic (optional)
Method:
- Heat oil and add onion. Fry till pale.
- Add potatoes and fry till golden brown or 5 mins.
- Add ground mixture, salt, 1/2 cup water and boil for 5 mins.
- Add salt, cream cheese and cook for 2 mins.
