Hara Bhara Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1 Chicken
• 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
• 1/2 bunch Mint leaves
• 8 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken in a paste made with all the spices for 45 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chicken till pink.
  3. Add 1.5 cups of water and cook till done and the water has evaporated.
  4. Serve with corn on the cob.
