Ingredients:
• 2 bunches – Mint leaves
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• a few stalks – green Onion
• 2 – onions, medium
• 2 to 3 – gooseberry (amala)
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• salt, red pepper as per taste
Method:
- Soak all the greens for about 10 to 15 minutes to get rid of dirt. Chop onions and amalas. Grind all the ingredients using minimum water.
- Add salt and red pepper and if required add lime juice.
