Ingredients:

• 2 bunches – Mint leaves
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• a few stalks – green Onion
• 2 – onions, medium
• 2 to 3 – gooseberry (amala)
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• salt, red pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. Soak all the greens for about 10 to 15 minutes to get rid of dirt. Chop onions and amalas. Grind all the ingredients using minimum water.
  2. Add salt and red pepper and if required add lime juice.
