Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – atta
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1/2 cup – Barley flour
• 1 cup – Methi
• 1/2 cup – fresh yogurt
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and wash methi, drain and chop fine.
  2. Mix chopped methi with all the flours.
  3. Add red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Knead well.
  4. Keep covered for 20 mins.
  5. Divide dough into 8 portions and roll into chapattis.
  6. Place each chapatti on tawa on medium heat.
  7. Flip on other side and cook till brown spots appear.
  8. Serve hot.
