Ingredients:

• 1 – Readymade, veg pizza base, thawed
• 1 tbsp – Yellow moong dal
• 1 tbsp – Bean sprouts
• Mix Together:
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli Garlic sauce
• 2 tbsp – Grated Paneer
• 1 tbsp – Grated cheese
• 1 tsp – Finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp – Chopped stuffed Olives
• 1 tsp – Chopped, Spring onion greens
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil the dal and sprouts in water, for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain and spread on a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture.
  3. Sprinkle dal and beans on pizza
  4. Sprinkle tossed mixture over readymade pizza base.
  5. Grill in a hot grill for 5 mins or until the base is crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
