Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Oats
• 1 cup – Dosa Rice
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak all the ingredients, except salt, separately, for 6 hours.
  2. Grind together into a fine paste.
  3. Add required quantity of salt.
  4. Allow this to ferment overnight.
  5. The next morning prepare dosas with batter.
  6. Serve with chutney or sambar.
