Ingredients:

• 2 bunches of Spinach
• 1 medium sized Potato
• 150 g Bottle Gourd
• 1 tbsp of fresh Cream for garnishing
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp pepper powder

Method:

  1. Cut and clean the spinach leaves and blanch it.
  2. Pressure cook the potato and bottle gourd.
  3. Grind the cooked spinach, boiled potato and bottle gourd into a paste.
  4. Boil in a pan, add salt and pepper powder.
  5. While serving garnish with cream.
