• 2 bunches of Spinach
• 1 medium sized Potato
• 150 g Bottle Gourd
• 1 tbsp of fresh Cream for garnishing
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp pepper powder
- Cut and clean the spinach leaves and blanch it.
- Pressure cook the potato and bottle gourd.
- Grind the cooked spinach, boiled potato and bottle gourd into a paste.
- Boil in a pan, add salt and pepper powder.
- While serving garnish with cream.
