Healthy Sabji

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – soya chunks
• 1/2 cup – Capsicum
• 1/2 cup – mixed vegetables
• 2 pieces – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera & some karipatta and Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. In a pressure cooker, put some oil and heat it. Then put jeera & karipatta leaves and add all the vegetables and soya chunks which was soaked in hot water for some time. Add all the masalas & tomatoes and mix them well.
  2. Cover with the lid and let there be 1 whistle and then take it off from heat.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
