Healthy Snacks For Exams And Fasting

Ingredients:

• Potato -250 gm
• Curd – 150gm
• Honey – 100gm
• Apple ,banana , Orange – 100gm each
• Pomegranate – 1 no.
• Small quantity of Almonds , Walnuts , Rock Salt , black pepper and Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Take small potato and boil them.
  2. Prick them , dip a part of them in honey and part in well churned curd.
  3. After 20 minutes, take them out .
  4. Add small cut banana ,apple , orange .
  5. Add cut almonds and wall nuts.
  6. Add small quantity of lemon , rock salt and black pepper
  7. Serve with garnish of pomegranate seed and coriander leaves.
