Ingredients:
• 1 bottle – Dark rum
• 1 bottle – Light rum
• 1/4 litre – Sugar syrup
• 1/4 litre – Lemon juice
• 1 bottle – brandy
• 1.5 – 3/4 litres – Water
• 8 tbsp – Coffee liqueur
• Ice Cubes
Method:
- In a large punch bowl, mix the two rums, brandy, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and lemon juice.
- Taste and correct sweetness if desired.
- Gradually add water, tasting as you put it in. Add ice.
- If the punch is going to be standing for a long time, keep in mind that the ice is going to melt and the punch is going to be diluted further.
